2. Make a Request to Stay at a Harvest Host
Once you’re a Harvest Hosts member, you can browse the list of participating host sites and make reservations.
You’ll have access to the Harvest Hosts directory, which includes contact information and directions for all participating locations. You will also find Harvest Hosts reviews of Harvest Host locations on each Hosts profile page.
When you find a location you’d like to stay at, simply call or email the host to make a reservation. Or use Harvest Hosts reservation request page found in your membership account.

As a member, you can easily search for and find a Harvest Host location through the “Request-A-Stay” system.

To do this, simply go to the website and use the search bar to find a host location near you. A tutorial is available that walks you through how to use the system.

As a Harvest Hosts member you are also able to submit information pertaining to your RV and site preferences.
Such as whether you want electric hookup, water hookup, to use a generator, or be able to cook outdoors.
You can also filter by sites that accept pets, allow slide outs, offer same-day booking (for quick spontaneous stopovers), and if there is parking available for your tow vehicle, and more.

Once you find a suitable location, you can then contact the host to arrange a stay.
Please keep in mind that each host location has different rules and regulations, so be sure to read over them before making your reservation.
